Integrated camera works in Teams web app but not Win10 app

The integrated camera on my Lenovo Yoga works with the Teams web app, with the Windows 10 Camera app but not with the Teams desktop app. In settings, camera preview I get a solid black rectangle. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the hardware. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Teams app. I have checked the Windows 10 privacy settings multiple times. Other Ideas?

    Presumably you have the problem not just when using the preview, but when actually using the camera in Teams as well.

     

    I understand you uninstalled and reinstalled the Teams client. Yet if one disconnects from the Teams client and then reconnects, is the problem still there?

      Yes, the camera does not work for a call. What exactly do you mean by disconnecting from the Teams client? Sign out and back in?

        TMathEVVYes that is what I mean by disconnecting from the Teams client ... signing out and back into the Teams client.
