I have already made the site as home site. But in Viva Connections its asking me to create a dashboard again. So, can you please suggest any other method to deploy this site to Teams?

It will only work in Teams desktop app so it’s worth looking at how to update the dashboard with adaptive cards for staff - they’re great when used well.
