In Ubuntu 19.10, TEAMS DESKTOP, I can see video but cannot hear

Hello, the problem is that I cannot hear the audio from the video. I have asked other participants and they can. I made sure to check the video is not muted. I can always listen to webcalls on other softwares and online apps. How can I solve the issue? Is it a common issue with Ubuntu?
