If I add "News" tab to the Teams will it get added for all users

I am the site owner of a Modern Team sites >> and we have this Teams been accessed from our Desktop apps >> now i want to add a new tab which shows the site News Pages, as follow:-

now if i do so, will the News Tab get added inside all users? or this will only be added to me? i need this tab to get added inside all users who have access to the Operationa2 Teams..
