I have multiple users that are getting only zero characters on Teams chat
I have user where there teams chat works after a fresh reboot but eventually turns into gibberish. Nothing but zeros show up for all characters. I have been unable to find a fix.
I now have a second user that started to have the same issue. New Teams with an O365 business premium license.
A reboot fixed the issue but only temporarily.

Try a reboot, this worked for us. May sure Teams is updated, as well. I heard Microsoft was having an issue. The other option is to uninstall and reinstall Teams if a reboot doesn't work. Only thing I found so far. Otherwise, I would call Microsoft customer support.
