Recently, an IT company set up Microsoft 365 for the NFP I manage. I wanted to use the break to get the most out of it and onboard the rest of the team. However it appears I have no administrator rig...
You should be able to create teams and add (existing) users to them, but for some operations you might need admin permissions - best talk to that IT company.
