Huge delay or lag connecting to india.
Title, I would have a better time sending letters than talking via teams.
We have 7 to 10 s of delays on a fiber connection, while India also has a decent connection.
How can we get a metric such as the readings another apps would give us?

- Not sure where you are located, I am guessing that you are saying that you have a fiber connection. Are you on a residential connection?, a business?, an enterprise?
You can run the network test at https://connectivity.office.com/ make sure to run the download (and install .Net Core if needed) and then look at the results, especially the Teams section on the details page. It will tell you what your delays are.
There are a lot of things that can slow a network down. 7 seconds is too long.
