HowTo set up a Teams meeting from Desktop- or Browser-App in a channel

Hello,

always when I'm trying to set-up a call with the Teams-Desktop-App or Teams-Browser-App, I get an error message back (see screen shots). Via Outlook-addin it works, but I cannot choose a channel. What's wrong?
