Hi, I'm afraid this is not possible just at the moment. The meeting recording will record the meeting, and not a specific participant.

I have a similar situation to ChrisS1980. Since this was posted 24 years ago, I'm hoping there is now a solution to this? We would like the ability to just record the participant in a meeting without the split screen including the host. Is this feature possible now?
