How to enable that allow user to search Teams name and all users name in search option in Teams?

No, there is not. Search is one of the areas that need to be improved in Teams and it will be...we have to wait until Microsoft Search comes also to Teams

Then why it prompt message to direct user to that Talk to your IT Admin to expand scope of search? if option is not available then it should prompt different message. All user asking to us to increase the scope of search.

  I am confused. For the past year+, it was possible to just enter a telephone number and make a call from Teams. It seems with the latest release that is no longer possible, as you need to have the Contact saved to be able to call that person or entity now. This appears to be a major major bug in the release. And really annoying since I am president of my company and could correct the settings if that were an option. Does Microsoft not have a solution at this critical moment when so many people are working from home and trying to use Teams for calls?
