How to consolidate data in an Excel file coming from 20 sub groups?
I monitor an Excel file consolidating data coming from 20 sub groups hosted in separated Teams channels. For confidentiality reasons, sub groups should only report their data without accessing the entire Excel. How to give access to specific excel file lines without copying 20 times the appropriate part in each channel? Thanks

Can you upload the file in a specific format in the SharePoint Site and then request the users to update the same directly so that everyone can co-author the file same time.
Share the file in all the 20 sub group if required.

Satish U - rfaviniIron ContributorYou can create one sheet in each group. Then create a 21th sheet that only you can see and filled via formulas by the other 20. Still in this sheet, on the Data tab, in the Data Tools group, click Consolidate
