How do I set up 2-3 meetings that allow employees to select which one to attend via email
I am trying to set up 2-3 different meeting times for employees to be able to select which future time works best for them. I would like to include the meeting links in an email for them to select to join. Is this possible?

- You can get the link to the meetings by entering the meetings and in the participants tab click “ copy meeting link”
It’s rather long so you can use a url shortened like bitly
