How best to take meeting notes
Hello,
I'm trying to use Outlook + Teams in the "right" way, but it's pretty unclear to me how I should be taking meeting notes. What I find is:
1) From Outlook, event details window, I can choose "Send to OneNote".
2) From Teams calendar I can sometimes access "Meeting notes", but that's only if I have an actual video call. That option isn't available if you meet in person.
Which is recommended for consistently taking notes / meeting minutes / actions that are visible to all meeting participants? Is there another even better way?
Thanks
