Hiding Meeting Attendees
Is there a way to hide some or all meeting attendees from everyone but the meeting host(s)?

katelynbossany click on more options.. on right side while meeting is on..
then from drop down manu click on "Focus" option
- DutchGeminiCopper ContributorThat only works when a screen is shared or a presentation is running (which is actually the same), otherwise the option is greyed. Is is not possible during a VC to hide the whole panel with images/video of all participants and show just the one(s) you pinned and want to 'focus' on.
When sending the invite, yes, if you do it via Outlook and use the BCC field. If you mean inside the actual meeting, no. Live events can do it though I'm not sure if it's a good fit for your scenario(s).
- Was just about to suggest the same with live events ;). Yes it’s available to most everyone. Depends on region. But you can create a meeting in Teams and look for an arrow in top left to change the meeting to live event. It acts more like a webinar than a meeting but it does mask who is in the meeting. The issue is thou they cannot interact via video / audio it’s more a broadcast than anything. So depending on that requirement will determine if it’ll work for you or not.

Hi VasilMichev , yes it would be in the meeting itself that I want to hide participants. This will be for customer research or customer-facing webinars where we don't want all the participants to see everyone else in the session. Is Live Events something I should have access to? I'm wondering if that would work for our situation.
