Hi Guys In our Organization we facing some issue Related to MS Teams Shift
Our Users has some issue with the clock which stated 56 hours working can't stop that by the clock-out then we Uninstalled the app and again installed the app to see the changes but now can't Access ...
So far 3 of my 50+ users are also having the same issue here at my company, they are getting the same errors/screenshots as m-rizkhan.
Over the past days we have tested on iPhone and Android via mobile, and also via Apple Teams app, Windows Teams app, and via different browsers.
We have also tried incognito on different browsers, emptying Teams cache on either desktop computers, and emptying the Shifts cache on the mobile Teams app.
All apps and browsers and computers are fully up to date, and have tried via different internet connections and different mobile phone companies.
Issues remains the same so far. This has been on going since last Monday 31/08/2023.
