Group (Work) teams into specific groups instead of Pinning

My co-worker is able to do this with his Teams and I cannot figure how he did it.  On the left, you see that he has all of QA in one group, C3 Ops in another, etc.  How did he set this up? He has no idea how he got this ability:

  • That is the new chat and channels experience. It is rolling out in March, so it may be April before you get it. When a Teams update hits a tenant, usually, not all users get it at once. So, it makes sense that a coworker has it, but you don't have it yet. I created a detailed video on how the new chat and channel experience works. https://youtu.be/ih9sSSQhrF0?si=hUhtemCkadAcbjTT

    Hi.
I think they are custom sections created by new chat and channels experience.

Please refer the below doc Organize your conversations section.
