Forwarding Mail from shared mailbox to Teams Channel

Hi All,

 

I have a mail address like acme@acmecorp.com which receives mails from outside the company. This mails should be forwarded to a MS Team like "ACME Customer Support" with it's unique mail address 12345678@amer.teams.ms

 

I tried to add a rule to acme@acmecorp.com which forwards every mail to 12345678@amer.teams.ms but the mail never shows up in the channel.

 

Thanks for all advices

  • Do you have the channel set to allow email from outside the organization? On the email this channel box is a link for some advanced options and one of them is to allow that.

      VasilMichevWe have an auto forward blocking rule enabled. That's a suggestion by the message trace tool and it's correct. Thanks
