Files are not accesible anymore via Team Channel Files section

We have been using Teams for quite some time and very happy with it but in the last few days when you navigate to the Files tab under each Team the files are not showing up with an error message sayin...

Is it like this on several clients/users?

If so I’d create a support ticket with Microsoft

Yes, all users. Also created ticket but no solution yet so wondering if someone else is experiencing it.

  It has been 2 weeks now and still no resolution from Microsoft! It's crazy i cannot access my files via Teams anymore!! Maybe it's time to evaluate Slack again...

    We've had a handful of users (out of roughly 600 piloting Teams in our IS dept) report this issue.
    It's definitely not widespread and seems to "fix itself" after a on-specific amount of time. But we would also like to know what is causing this.
    
    I'll wait a bit before opening a support case of our own to see if there are any other official responses here.

Might be a transition to new files experience causing an issue. Does the problem persist in the teams.microsoft.com web client?

  ChrisWebbTech - Yes. All documents and their folders in Teams (app and web client), General, Files are now missing but still visible from Sharepoint.

  ChrisWebbTechWe're having the same issue with the app and in the web. Files can only be access within SharePoint.
