I have tried to raise a ticket, but unfortunately my personal account is only for the free version.
I was told that my organisation IT Admin has to raise a ticket, for the work account, and the chat agent I spoke to was unable to raise a ticket on my behalf! Crazy.

I have the same problem -- just started and is specific to non-standard fonts, like zT Grafton Utra Lite. i have it installed and all was well until the last few weeks.
