Email forwarding in channel

When sending mail to Teams channel, that mail is not visible in teams. Also checked teams admin setting where Allow users to send emails to a channel email address is set to On. Is anyone having information regarding this?

      No bounce back and when checked mail trace, getting status as delivered.

    That's not expected...at my organization we are using the send e-mail to channel feature with no problems
