Email forwarding in channel

When sending mail to Teams channel, that mail is not visible in teams. Also checked teams admin setting where Allow users to send emails to a channel email address is set to On. Is anyone having information regarding this?

      No bounce back and when checked mail trace, getting status as delivered.

       

       

  • That's not expected...at my organization we are using the send e-mail to channel feature with no problems
