Disable Teams (Preview) on shared meeting room computers

We have major compatibility issues between Teams (preview) and the Poly USB speakers in these meeting rooms. These are shared computers so multiple users can login with their AD credentials onto these devices.

Is there a way to disable via GPO or Registry the availability of Teams Preview on our shared meeting room computers? Needs to be some type of device based setting and user based setting won't work.
