disable host pin for teams audio conference
We use Microsoft Teams with the conference bridge (audio) option. Is there a way to TURN OFF the the requirement for the host to enter in their PIN? For example our inside sales teams sets up ...
No, you can't turn it off. It is used to authenticate the organiser of the meeting, so it should be some kind of password and since they are dialling in it have to be a pin code they are authenticating with.
But since you have other from the same organisation joining the meeting they should be able to start the meeting. Make sure that the meeting option is set to allow "People in my organisation" to bypass the lobby.
