Deleting two Microsoft Teams accounts as an administrator

Hello,

I created two free Microsoft Teams accounts as an organization by accident. One of the two accounts has my phone number and the other has the email I use most often.

My question would be if you can delete both accounts and create a new account with data from the deleted accounts and how to delete the accounts.
