Deleted used still "there"

Hi, I've created a user and removed it from the team afterwards

The Team is Free and Org-Wide. This account does not appear in my Organisation (checked in azure)

When I try to add the user again the deleted user is still there (even if it does not appear in the members section when I go to manage teams:

I've already deleted the cache teams on my client.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
