AndresGorzelany hi, thanks for the fast response. I was cleaning up my calendar before the holiday so I don't have any distractions during the several days off. I found that there are two meetings during that period that I organised for my team and I can't remove them without canceling the meeting for all participants.
Unfortunately, I tried but it seems there is no way of removing that occurrence without cancelling for all
