Delay on call from Teams

Question

Is anyone experiencing a 6/7 second delay on call initiation, the call is answered but you don't hear anyone for at least 6 to 7 seconds?&nbsp;

This information is about call queue calls. I am having the problem with peer to peer calls.

We are also experiencing this delay in audio. Interestingly if it is a video call, the video establishes immediately, but the audio takes 6/7 seconds to start.

DirectRouting (external calls) and conference calls all start without the delay.
