Definition of Call Queue and AA Errors Teams

Hi,

we are currently analysing CQ and AA erros from Teams. And we dont exactly know what the CQ and AA Results actually mean. I cant find anything online. Does anyone have a explenation for the call results? I know how to interpret timeout and agents joining. But what for example could be a reason for service terminated or no operator?

AA: service_terminated, terminated no operator, transferred to user

CQ: agent_joined_conference, disconnected, failed, invalid, timed_out
