Customers can't access Teams

Hello, 

 

I have created a Teams to share documents with my customers and I invited them as guests. Nevertheless, some of them can't access the Teams. They have a message of error instead. How to make them access Teams? 

 

I contacted "The Help" several times but I have never received an answer...

    Can you share the exact error message your guests are receiving?

      Hi Ru! Thanks for replying to me. Please find attached the screen shot of the message. "Sorry we have encountered an issue. Re-try. If it does not work, try to sign out then to sign in again".

       

       

       

      • No much we can do here, just instruct your customers to use different browsers or even point them to download the Teams App so they can finally have access
