Customers can't access Teams

I have created a Teams to share documents with my customers and I invited them as guests. Nevertheless, some of them can't access the Teams. They have a message of error instead. How to...

Hi Ru! Thanks for replying to me. Please find attached the screen shot of the message. "Sorry we have encountered an issue. Re-try. If it does not work, try to sign out then to sign in again".
- Apr 01, 2020No much we can do here, just instruct your customers to use different browsers or even point them to download the Teams App so they can finally have access

Hi jcgonzalezmartin hope that you are doing well.
Teams is the official collaborative tool of my customer. Nevertheless, one of my points of contact still can't access the group that I have created whereas the others can.
Do we have a team that can assist the customer directly? My customer is based in France.
