Custom Banner for recording meetings

Is there a way to create a custom banner to show that the meeting is being recorded or set a timeout for the recording prompt? If someone steps away for a bit, and someone else starts recording, we'd like them to know about it when they return...... I know you can set it to where EVERYONE in the meeting has to agree by unmuting, allowing video and/or sharing screen etc, but that is clunky and not sustainable for the entire org. Just looking for a simple banner on the top of the screen (maybe a thin red banner that says the meeting is being recorded). Thanks!
