Crestron Flex: Mute Logic Not Syncing With Teams® Application
Hi,
There was a recent patch that claimed to have fixed this issue, see the following link:

According to the information, "Microsoft pushed out an update on 8/31/2021 to resolve this issue". However I am struggling to find any KB number or reference so that I can check if this has been updated on the Crestron.
Is there any way I can get this information or someone that can point me in the right direction please.

- This was a backend fix - so I guess technically from the web client side of things. I think it was the 20H2 rollout that caused the issue along with the fix for HDMI content sharing. I lost sync with all devices that used the HID Conferencing USB function. QSC and Crestron all lost sync. a day or two later they pushed the fix overnight. As far as I can tell there was never any public acknowledgment of the issue or fix by MS.
TheGrahamWalsh may be able to get you some info. Graham used to work for Crestron and probably still has contacts there. Great guy.

Craig, is there anything in the Update History to see what might have been rolled out near that time? I’ve never head of this update. Probably something to do with the HID sync. I take it this is for a Mercury unit?

Graham- There was something deployed at the beginning of the following month but when I try to dig for the release notes there isn't any information pertaining to this patch for the Crestron.
Yes this is for the Mercury unit.
