Craig, is there anything in the Update History to see what might have been rolled out near that time? I’ve never head of this update. Probably something to do with the HID sync. I take it this is for a Mercury unit?

There was something deployed at the beginning of the following month but when I try to dig for the release notes there isn't any information pertaining to this patch for the Crestron.

Yes this is for the Mercury unit.
