This was a backend fix - so I guess technically from the web client side of things. I think it was the 20H2 rollout that caused the issue along with the fix for HDMI content sharing. I lost sync with all devices that used the HID Conferencing USB function. QSC and Crestron all lost sync. a day or two later they pushed the fix overnight. As far as I can tell there was never any public acknowledgment of the issue or fix by MS.
