Conversations suddenly disappeared/deletes itself
Hi,
we sometimes have users were messages in private chats suddenly totaly dissapears or get's deleted. Al conversation are gone then and it looks like the user starts from scratch.
Anyone encountered that problems before ? The user, of course does not have deleted anything and there is no retention policy in place.
On the web nothing get's loaded ..
An in the Client (Windows or iOS it looks like this)
- Never seen something similar, I think you should open a ticket from the Admin console directly to Microsoft support.
