Contact center remote agents
Due to covid situation, we need to enable Home based contact center agents, is it possible to use Microsoft Teams "Connect" option with calling Plans to get PSTN calls on Teams client and have screen pop up coming via Amazon Connect CCP

Yes you can do that provided that In-Country Law Allows the same and Microsoft Calling Plans are available in the country.

Is "Connect" option supported with Amazon Connect CCP
- Probably you might have to input the DID in the Amazon Connect and Map it there in Amazon Connect.
