Compliance Recoding & Call Plan
Hi
When will Compliance Recording be available with Microsoft Call Plan ? We are a Financial Services company looking at moving to Teams but we must have all our Sales calls automatically recorded.

The compliance recording is currently being led by third party solutions which are available today, however first party is coming. It was demoed at Microsoft Ignite - see session here

As far as I can see nothing on the Microsoft 365 roadmap as of yet. However, it has been committed to so hopefully we will see it over the coming months.

Teams compliance Recording made easy!
My company has developed a complete cloud-based solution for Microsoft Teams recording, enabling you to easily uphold the compliance recording requirements in MiFID II. Microsoft is managing all the recording and our solution uses a bot to capture the recordings and store them in an Azure blob storage.
The recording is policy based, so it can be applied to selected individuals in your organization. These individuals will then automatically be recorded as soon as they initiate or takes part in a Teams call, phone call, meeting or chat using Microsoft Teams.
