Company letterhead disappears from word document
Hi,
Specific word documents need to be place onto our company letterhead but when these are uploaded onto once Teams channel as a word document, the company letter head disappears.
The only way we can see if the format is correct is either by downloading it or opening the document in the web app. This there a solution to this problem i.e. a setting which needs to be changes.
Hello Rosemarie85 this sounds more like a Word issue than a Teams issue. I found a question on our answers.microsoft.com tech support site that describes a similar situation in general. I have checked the setting as per the article and I can confirm the block to show white space was ticked.
I'm not sure how to resolve this problem because if I open the letter into the desktop app, the letter reflects but not on Teams.
I'm assuming the only way to work around this problem would be to open the letter in the Desktop App, sign and then it will automatically update the letter saved on Teams.
