Hello All,
The fix for this issue in our setup was to make sure you have a Common Area Phone Configuration Policy.
The policy settings should have the following:
- Under the General
- make sure that "Set device lock" and "Enforce device lock" are turned off.
- Set your Language, time zone, Date Format, and Time format.
- The rest of this section can be left at default settings.
- under Calling Settings:
- Turn on "Advanced calling".
- Everything else should be turned off.
- Under Device Settings:
- Everything can be left to default.
- Under Network Settings:
- Everything can be left to default.
Once you have created the CAP Configuration Policy make sure to assign it to your CAP devices.
This information was provided via a couple cases, one with Microsoft Teams Support and another with Yealink Support.
