Chatbot for teams channel using outgoing webhook

Hi I am developing a chatbot using RASA framework and connecting it to Microsoft Teams using outgoing webhook in teams. To chat with the bot we need to @ mention the bot everytime we need to connect to it, is there any way that we do not need to @ mention the bot to chat with it and talk to it directly in a dedicated teams channel or any other way out? How to avoid the @ mentioning the bot please help.
