Chat is disabled
I'm a student and for some reason, it says that "Administrator has disabled chat for you" and it shows that in all my classes so I don't think it is the teachers' doing, ive tried leaving the meeting ...
Hi, the admin has most likely disabled the possibility to chat with a Teams meeting policy. In other words I suggest that you reach out to the admin/IT support to get it verified.

- Hi, probably not. But should at least know who to contact. It sounds odd that the students doesn’t have a way of reporting issues. Anyway, an IT admin need to look at the meeting policy assigned to you as the chat is disabled in all meetings.
