Chat Don't Visible

Good afternoon, I came here once to discuss this issue here in the group. But back to the same topic, I have Teams chat not available. Some additional information this time. The company's AD is linked to Microsoft 365. In the settings of the Teams console, the Chat and coexistence options are only Teams. Is there another way to make Teams appear Chat again? I am waiting for some light.
