Chat button disappeared for one User

Question

Greetings,&nbsp;One of my uses has complained that the chat icon in Microsoft Desktop has disappeared, and now he is only able to send and receive messages through chat with the Mobile version.&nbsp;Does anyone might know the cause to this issue?Thanks!
