Change the name or the name abbreviation shown in Teams search

I would like to change the&nbsp;the name or the name abbreviation shown in Teams search near the position while looking for a user in Teams search.I Would like to know, which variable is shown when searching in MS Teams? So where does teams get this Name in the search field? and which AD user attribute is used here?And the same questions goes for the Online users with EXO.Thank you !&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

I think "Dorena Paschke" and "Andrea Dunker" are the "display names" while "TEST" and "USER3" are the "usernames".

There are a lot of improvements and customizations available with the latest version of Teams. You can change the abbreviations of names in Teams now.
