Change the name or the name abbreviation shown in Teams search

I would like to change the the name or the name abbreviation shown in Teams search near the position while looking for a user in Teams search. I Would like to know, which variable is shown when ...

I think "Dorena Paschke" and "Andrea Dunker" are the "display names" while "TEST" and "USER3" are the "usernames".
