Cant see other peoples cameras
Recently I've started using Microsoft Teams video conference thingy, but a problem has arisen that for some reason I cannot see other peoples camera feed (if they turn it on of course). I am using the Opera browser. Everything else is fine though.

As per the documentation I am seeing that you are using Microsoft Teams through Opera Browser. Opera Browser is not supported Browser for Microsoft Teams.
