can't request control in Teams
Hi,
In internal meetings, I can't request control when other people are sharing screen. I can see the "request control" button, and my co-workers can see the pop-up message and allow me. But then I don't see my cursor.
It started a few days ago and has been working fine before. When I'm sharing, other people are able to request control, just working well as before. I've tried to reinstall Teams but still doesn't work.....
- Best you can do here is work with your M365 / Teams Admin on reporting the issue via ticket and add to the issue the logs of your machine
