Can't edit the title of the registrations

Hello,

In my teams (istitutional: I work in a university) I can't edit the title of the registrations after they're saved on the channel: as you can see from the screenshot attached, the "pencil" appears and is fully functional: I can insert a new title, but this is not saved and the old original title remains.
