Can't access teams on laptop

Question

Hi, I can't access Teams on laptop (windows 10) however I can access on Andriod app without issues. I could access Teams on laptop using another username.

Another issue is that I have two organizations with almost the same name. I need to delete one of them.

somo82&nbsp;&nbsp;Hello, I suggest you use Incognito mode to check if you get any cookies issue that leads to that.&nbsp;Click on the dots next to the team and then delete it.&nbsp;Good luck!

Ask your admin to enable Microsoft Teams.You're currently signed in as&nbsp;ahmed.samir@asset-industrial.comSelect&nbsp;Sign up for Teams&nbsp;to continue, or use a different account."&nbsp;Please note that my email address in not hosted on Microsoft, and that I only want to access Teams. I am getting through in Andriod App, but not on laptop. I cleared cash and cookies, still no good. I guess this needs intervention from the Microsoft Teams support experts as I think something got screwed while I was setting the account. My colleague on the same domain registered with no issues.&nbsp;&nbsp;Regards,Ahmed
