Hello marygram Your issues sounds like one that was asked on our answers.microsoft.com site. Please take a look and see if this applies to your situation (it comes down to permissions allowed by your administrator). If this doesn't help, please let us know.
ThereseSolimeno Unfortunately this did not solve my issue. Because it happens with all my video calls from different admins. And also other people in the same call can send gifs but I cannot. So I was wondering if its a setting. It also happens the same to my husband
