LaoBenDan​ were you able to find a solution to this? I have a couple of friends (iPhone & iPad users) where this issue doesn't allow them to use Teams on their devices at all. The problem for them started since transition from Skype, have been waiting for a solution for months now. Tried all the tricks I know/found online, re-installation, cache clear etc.

But the post mentions that there is no recourse for free users. Hoping someone has found a way to jump through hoops!
